- To strictly have one attendant if very weak and in need of support and admission.
- To utilize our services (Pharmacy, Laboratory &Radiology for proper follow up and diagnosis)
- Fill in the client exit interview forms. This is to enable us to serve you better
- To observe the Standard Operating Procedures put in place. (SOPS)
